Confirmation and requests when applying for rental

Please enter the correct information regarding your personal data (height, weight, age and skier type) at the time of rental.
(For ski rental customers) The final release strength setting value of the binding must match the release strength setting value displayed in the binding adjustment value display window (total of 4 locations: left and right toe piece and heel piece). Please check before use.
Skiing and snowboarding are dangerous sports, and using purchased/rented products carries the risk of injury or other accidents.
The SBB system, which consists of skis/bindings/boots, must be used while skiing, with the understanding that it is not possible to avoid all dangers and that it is impossible to predict all situations that should be avoided. Please be aware that we cannot completely guarantee your safety.
Snowboard bindings are not a release system.
Damage to the body or property of the user or a third party that occurs in connection with an accident caused by carelessness in use, or an accident due to marginal factors that cannot be avoided even with the S-BB system. Our store is not responsible for this.

Disclaimer

When using a product, damage or loss will be charged as follows.
Skis/snowboards...If damaged or lost, you will be charged the equivalent amount of repurchase.
Boots (common to skis and snowboards... 15,000 yen Bindings (common to skis and snowboards)... 10,000 yen Pole... 5,000 yen Damage to board binding parts... 1,000 yen ~

Notes

Rental fees must be paid by credit card.
In the unlikely event that the item is stolen, lost, or significantly damaged (e.g. scratches from sliding on the road, damage from being hit by a car, etc.), the replacement price will be charged. Please be careful when storing, managing, and handling tools.
Rental products cannot be transferred or sublet while they are in use or during the storage period. Also, please do not modify, disassemble, repair, or adjust the product as it is dangerous.
In case of cancellation, the following reservation cancellation fee will be charged.

To enjoy safely

Skiing and snowboarding are fun sports, but they can also be dangerous. Skiing and snowboarding are inherently dangerous sports, and you must be aware that the risk of injury is part of the sport.
There is no guarantee that the system of skis, boots, and bindings will release under certain circumstances where doing so would prevent injury or death. Similarly it is impossible to predict the circumstances in which they will release. Therefore, the system does not guarantee any safety. Snowboard bindings are not a release system.
Skis and snowboards are extremely dangerous because the edges of the boards are sharp. Be very careful not to cut your hands or fingers. Also, you may experience blisters when using boots.
