Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees are applied according to the date of cancellation request as follows:

• 7 days or more before the product delivery date: Free of charge
• 3 days to 1 day before the product delivery date: 50% of the rental fee + actual shipping costs (if already shipped)
• After the above periods: 100% of the rental fee + actual shipping costs

Rainy Day Cancellation Fee Compensation

If you subscribe to the "Rainy Day Cancellation Compensation (※1)" at the time of ordering, we will refund 100% of the rental fee, excluding the actual shipping costs and compensation fee (1,000 yen).

This is convenient for those who wish to make a last-minute decision on canceling their camping due to weather.

(※1) The cancellation reason can be for reasons other than "rainy weather" (e.g., illness, work-related issues).

If you cancel 4 days or more before the product delivery date, the full amount including actual shipping costs and the compensation fee will be refunded.

Please note that the cancellation compensation is non-refundable for each use (no refund if you do not cancel).
