How to use

[Renting process]

STEP

Select rental period

Select the number of days you would like to rent from the rental menu on the product page, and click on the desired start date from the calendar. *The return date will be automatically selected according to the selected rental days. After selecting, press the "Next" button.

Gear size selection

Select the size of gear you want to rent on the next screen. If you are renting a set, please select shoe and clothing sizes. Please choose the most suitable size for yourself. Once you have selected your size, click the "Add to Cart" button. The item will now be added to your cart.

Check cart

Click on the cart icon in the top right corner and confirm that you have selected the correct product and rental period. If the contents in the cart are correct, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

Enter customer information/rental application

Next, enter your address and shipping address. Enter all the required information and click "Continue to shipping method selection".

Confirm delivery method

You can check the shipping cost on the shipping method page. (The shipping method will be the shipping company specified by our company and cannot be selected.) After confirming the shipping fee, click "Proceed to payment".

STEP

Payment/reservation completed

After entering your credit card information and billing information, click the "Pay Now" button to complete your reservation. Payments are securely settled through Shopify Payment.

STEP

Shipping the product

As soon as the payment is completed, we will send the product so that it will arrive one day or two days before the date of use.

[Return process]

Product packaging

Please check that you have all the rental items, put them in the non-woven bag we sent you, and then pack them in the box we sent you.

STEP

Fill out the return slip (Yamato Transport)

Use a prepaid shipping label for returns. Please use the included payment on delivery slip.
Please write your name and rental order number on the voucher.

STEP

Return arrangement

Please complete the return procedure on the day of the rental end date.
Please return the product using the designated shipping company (Yamato Transport).

Notes

・For orders under 10,000 yen (tax included), a separate round-trip shipping fee (nationwide flat rate) will be charged.
・Payment method is credit card only.
・If you do not receive an automatic e-mail, please check your junk mail box as it may be in there.
・If you do not receive an email, please contact us.
・An additional charge will be incurred if the item is returned after the rental end date. Please arrange the return of the product as soon as possible and observe the return deadline.
・Please be sure to use the designated carrier. If you accidentally use a non-designated carrier, you may be charged additional shipping charges.
