What is the rental period?
For your peace of mind, Doorpass delivers the items the day before or two days before the day of use. When making a reservation, please set the date on which you will actually use the rental item, and enter the date on which you will return the rental item as the rental completion date.
What should I do after I apply for a rental?
Once your online reservation and payment is complete, you will receive an email from the Doorpass office confirming your reservation.

What should I do if I want to cancel?
Depending on the date of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
・7 days or less before the delivery date: Free
・3 days to the day before the product delivery date: 50% of the rental fee + actual shipping cost (if already shipped)
・From the above: 100% of rental fee + actual shipping cost

What should I do if the size doesn't fit after I receive the product?
Rental items will be shipped so that they arrive 2 to 1 day before the day you plan to use them. Therefore, we cannot accept exchanges due to size differences. If you are unsure about which size to choose, please contact us through the inquiry form well in advance of the day you plan to use the item. As long as the item is unused, we will exchange the size free of charge and send you multiple sizes of the item. (Some items excluded)
What should I do if my item does not arrive or is damaged?
If your item does not arrive or is damaged, please contact Outdoor Path immediately. We will assess the situation and take appropriate action.

Please return the product by the completion date of your reservation.

What will be the shipping cost for the return?
For rentals over 10,000 yen, round-trip shipping is included. When returning the item, please use the enclosed shipping slip and return it via the designated carrier (Yamato Transport).
For rentals of less than 10,000 yen, round-trip shipping fees (nationwide flat rate) will be charged at the time of invoice.
What payment methods can I use?
Payment is only accepted by credit card. Payment is securely processed through Shopify Payment.
How do I apply for the Photobook Service?
Please check "Create a photo book" when applying for rental.
Once you have completed your application, we will send you a URL for uploading photos.
After renting, please upload your desired photos (24 photos) to the dedicated URL.
After receiving your manuscript, the book will be printed and bound in 2-3 weeks and delivered to your home.

Can I change the layout of my photo book?
Please note that for the photo book service, you cannot specify the layout or order of photos.
