What if the size doesn't fit?

Rental products will be shipped from 2 days to the day before the scheduled date of use. Therefore, it cannot be exchanged due to the size difference. If you are unsure of which size to choose, please contact us using the inquiry form with plenty of time before your scheduled date of use. As long as the product is unused, we will exchange the size free of charge and send you products in multiple sizes. (Excluding some products)

What if the return deadline has passed?

Additional charges will be incurred if the return deadline has passed. Please return it by the rental end date. For returns, please use the designated carrier (Yamato Transport).

What payment methods can I use?

Payment is by credit card only. Payment will be made through Stripe.

What should I do if my item does not arrive or is damaged?

If your item does not arrive or is damaged, please contact Outdoor Path immediately. We will take appropriate measures after confirming the situation.

What will be the shipping cost for the return?

For rentals of 10,000 yen or more, round-trip shipping is included. When returning the product, please use the enclosed slip and return it from the designated carrier (Yamato Transport).
For rentals of less than 10,000 yen, a round-trip shipping fee (uniform nationwide) will be charged at the time of billing.
