How does membership work and cancellation policy work?

Here we will explain how our subscription/membership service works and our cancellation policy.

■ Membership Structure

We offer a "membership" service where you pay a monthly fee and receive products and services.

  • Orders and payments are automatically placed at the set frequency based on your contract details.
  • Billing will occur on the contract date of each month.
  • You can check and change the details of your contract at any time from your My Page.

■ How to cancel

You can cancel your membership at any time from your My Page.

  1. Log in to My Account page
  2. Click on "Your Membership"
  3. Select the contract you want to cancel
  4. Click the "Cancel" button and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

*Please complete the procedure by the day before your next billing date.

■ Cancellation and refund policy

  • No refunds will be given for payments already made.
  • If you cancel before the billing date, you will not be billed again.
  • We may not be able to cancel or change an order once it has been placed.

  • If you have any problems with our products or services, please contact us using the inquiry form.
  • Please check your billing date yourself as reminder emails may not be sent.
  • If you wish to skip or pause for a long period of time, you can do so from your My Page.
