How does membership work and cancellation policy work?

Here we will explain how our subscription/membership service works and our cancellation policy.
■ Membership Structure
We offer a "membership" service where you pay a monthly fee and receive products and services.
- Orders and payments are automatically placed at the set frequency based on your contract details.
- Billing will occur on the contract date of each month.
- You can check and change the details of your contract at any time from your My Page.
■ How to cancel
You can cancel your membership at any time from your My Page.

Log in to My Account page
- Click on "Your Membership"
- Select the contract you want to cancel
- Click the "Cancel" button and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
*Please complete the procedure by the day before your next billing date.
■ Cancellation and refund policy
- No refunds will be given for payments already made.
- If you cancel before the billing date, you will not be billed again.
- We may not be able to cancel or change an order once it has been placed.
